Disproportionated Rosin Potassium Soap, a yellow brown liquid or paste, which is made from disproportionated reacting with potassium hydroxide. It is a potassium salt soap of disproportionated rosin. It acts as emulsifier in the polymerization for SBR, NR, CR, NBR and ABS plastics. It increases the stickiness and plasticity of synthetic rubbers, and improves heat resistance, wear resistance and tear resistance. It is soluble in aliphatics and alcohols, insoluble in water.
